Open Access Policy

1. All articles published in the journal will be freely available to read, download, and share online.
2. Authors retain copyright of their articles, and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish them.
3. The journal will not charge authors any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees.
4. The journal will be transparent about any other costs associated with publishing, such as hosting fees or editorial costs.
5. The journal will ensure long-term preservation of published content, by depositing articles in a trusted digital repository.
6. The journal will actively promote its open access policy and the benefits of open access publishing to potential authors and readers.

and are immediately open access. We follow the Budapest Open Access Initiative’s (BOAI) definition of open access, meaning readers may freely read, download, copy, print, share, link to the full text of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
