SHINE: Study, Enhancement, and Innovation in English Education focuses on research, theory, and practice related to the teaching and learning of English as a second or foreign language. The focus and scope of SHINE journal include but are not limited to:

1. Pedagogical approaches and methods in teaching English as a second or foreign language.
2. Curriculum and materials development for English language teaching.
3. Assessment and evaluation of language proficiency and language learning outcomes.
4. Theoretical frameworks and research findings related to language acquisition, psycholinguistics, and sociolinguistics.
